As someone who uses a scooter regularly for quick trips around town, I was hoping this one would feel a bit more solid. It works fine and shipping was smooth, but some of the parts feel cheaper than I expected and the ride isn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped. For the price, I just don’t feel like the value is really there. I’d probably check out other brands before buying again.

Well... my isinwheel scooter has been okay for the price. On flat roads, it picks up speed nicely, but once I’m going uphill or the battery starts getting low, it slows down more than I expected. It’s not bad overall, just not quite as fast or consistent as the ads made it seem. For short rides around town, it does the job...

I’ve had my isinwheel scooter for a few weeks now, and I don’t know, I guess I wasn’t expecting it to feel this solid for the price. But it actually does. Nothing feels loose or cheap, the frame feels sturdy when I’m riding, and it’s been handling my daily trips without any issues so far. I keep waiting for something to rattle or feel off, but nope, it’s been dependable. Overall, definitely better quality than I expected.

Right away I figured this must’ve been handled carelessly because the box was dented up and the tape was already coming loose. The scooter itself seems fine so far, but the packaging definitely didn’t inspire much confidence

I got an isinwheel scooter and overall it works alright, but the charging side is just kind of average. It takes longer than I expected most of the time, and the charger gets a little warm if it’s been plugged in for a while, which makes me keep checking on it instead of just forgetting about it.
The battery does seem decent once it’s fully charged, so I can’t say it’s bad. I just wish the charge time was clearer upfront, because I’m tired of having to dig around or guess with stuff like this. It does the job, but that’s about it, so I’d call it a 3-star experience.

The scooter is fine overall, but the brakes really don’t inspire much confidence. It takes longer to stop than I expected, especially downhill or if the road is a little wet. I tried adjusting them, but it still didn’t make a big difference. What annoyed me too is that the instructions/communication about setting them up properly wasn’t very clear, so I was kind of left guessing. For the price, I expected the brakes to feel a lot safer

It rides really smooth, and my back doesn’t feel all beat up anymore after driving. it’s been a big difference so far

The display is clear during the day, so no complaints there. At night, though, it’s not the easiest to read, and who wants to squint at a screen when it’s dark? The controls do work, but they feel a little stiff, and the menu takes some figuring out. It’s not a bad product overall, but would it hurt to make it a bit more straightforward?

I’ve been riding my isinwheel for a while now, and the tires still look good. I go over rough sidewalks almost every day, and so far there are no weird cracks or crazy fast wear showing up. I’m actually reeeally happy with how they’ve held up...

I got my scooter from isinwheel.com, the suspension surprised me the most. My street is basically full of cracks and little bumps like every road seems to be these days, but this thing doesn’t rattle my arms the way my old scooter did. It rides smooth even on rough pavement, and I feel like most scooters in this price range usually feel way harsher. Didn’t expect it to be this comfortable, but I’m happy with it so far.

The motor has plenty of pull for me and feels strong overall. It’s not perfect, but I’m happy with it

The scooter works fine and does what it’s supposed to do, so no big complaints there. But the shipping took a while, like a while. Overall, it’s okay, just not something I’d call amazing.

I had some issue pop up and wasn’t really sure what to do, but support got back to me quicker than I expected. They sorted it out right away, so that was a relief

App works okay. Sometimes it connects slow. Could be better.

I’ve ended up trapped in bad weather a few times with this scooter, where I didn’t really have a choice but to ride through the rain. So far, it’s handled it fine. No strange noises, no power problems, and everything still works like normal. I do wipe it down afterward just to be safe, but the water resistance seems solid so far

I rode it all weekend and thought I’d need to charge it sooner, but it still had battery left. Impressed with how long it lasts

I don’t want to be too harsh, and maybe I’m just picky, but it looked a bit cheaper in person than I expected. From a distance the design is fine, but up close some parts have that plastic look and don’t feel very stylish. The website photos definitely made it seem nicer, so I’d just be careful if you’re expecting a more premium look.

It showed up later than I was hoping, and my brother even asked if it had gotten lost, but everything arrived in good condition in the end.

I reached out about the warranty and they got back to me after a few days. They did send the part I needed, so that was good, but the whole process felt Kind of slow overall...

I wasn’t sure what to expect from iSinwheel, but ordering was actually straightforward. The scooter info was easy enough to find, and checkout didn’t give me any trouble. I did have to poke around a bit to find a couple details, so it’s not perfect, but it worked better than I thought it would.
